Stacy Wells has over 25 years of experience in residential property management, operations, and business strategy.

 

In 1989, Stacy began working with various small businesses, where she gained experience in the requirements and details of running a business. Business specialties included accounting, payroll, scheduling, policies & procedures, leadership, and effective communication.
 

In 1995, Stacy started her career in residential property management. During this time, Stacy held a variety of onsite office positions, was a regional supervisor, and finally was vice president, overseeing the daily operations of her portfolio. Stacy was also Director of Property Management at a property management company managing over 13,000+ units.

In 2019, Stacy became Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations & Platform Technology for a Top 25 NMHC property management company. In this role, Stacy was responsible for ensuring the "back of house" for 150+ communities (over 25,000+ units) was efficient and effective to the overall success of the company.

The passion Stacy has for helping others has lead her to be active in many different associations. In 2014, Stacy was the President of the Southern California Rental Housing Association and she remains active today at SCRHA, sitting on legislative committees and teaching. Stacy has also been an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University where she taught in the Fowler School of Business.
